I made my gif and first pixel art thing today, but it wound up being too small. Having trouble resizing without making the image size to big for an av.

Also there's white stuff floating outside of the part I thought it saved exclusively. Just noticed after uploading.

I'm a complete newb to photoshop. Any suggestions?

It would help you to crop your image to the boundaries of the rectangle to remove all the white bits around it. Then, I'd double the image size (using the "nearest neighbour" option under resampling in the image size menu to maintain the pixels). Finally I'd try to crop the width until you meet the 150 pixel width and height limitations! The image size should be tiny as pixels save well! In some fiddling, I have this, which uses like than 2 kb!

at the very top of the forum page there's a dark grey bar that says "purchase:" and lists a bunch of stuff. click on "new avatar" and follow the intructions. be sure to preview before purchasing to make sure you did everything right
