The pre-rec episode where Jack exposed Sonic as having flawed gameplay from the beginning of the series was an eye-opener for me.

I will admit I completely ignored this youtube video when I saw it on my feed because it looked exactly like all the other poo poo that clogs my youtube page. Only reason I watched it was when RLM themselves posted it.

When you people talk about pre rec are you talking about the live ones? Are the boring long live ones saved? I don't know how twitch works.

Jack has said some smart things about games that probably were already said if you cared to follow games. Jack, like most streamer turds, jerks it over one topic and feels like games must live up to that one feature. He did a good job of pointing out how Bloodborne teaches you how to play without ever telling you and allowing different styles (Rich->idiot, Jack->skilled idiot) to succeed.

So Pre-Rec splits it content. On twitch you will find pre-rec live videos which are generally Jack and Rich being boring as gently caress and playing games they are awful at. On Youtube from time to time they will do a discussion of a game they have played for review purposes and both will state their opinion on the game/games as a whole. Otherwise Youtube just gets pre-rec-live's sloppy seconds.

I only ever played sonic on demo at the PX/BX and every time green zone was over and the dumb fireball lava zone happened it was time to go. I never knew the rest of it wasn't all loops and pinball sounds, and speed would kill you. Amazing.

I went back and finished that re:View of The Gate. Josh was good in it, mostly for the masterful setup of the Ishtar punchline. Dude nearly broke once Jay made the big reveal. A+ episode, will watch again.

http://redlettermedia.com/half-in-the-bag/episode-1/ This was over five years ago! You're getting old! Check out how weird the set looks not completely covered in empty beer bottles. More stuff to come in this space when I come up with more hot takes on this episode. Edit- Mike isn't comfortable making eye contact with the camera. lol. I forgot George Lucas shows up at the end Spoilered for anyone who hasn't seen it because obviously we don't want even the slimmest chance that the greater narrative of Half in the Bag be compromised. reignofevil fucked around with this message at 06:12 on Oct 21, 2016 |

Well like one certain mr Harry Plinkett once said Sam L Jacks starred in the prequels just to bring black audience to the cripplingly white movie going audience. Which would have been fine if the man had anything interesting to do on screen. It's stil too early to say for Rogue 1.0 whether or not the character is of import to the general plot so i think Mike might just be aping this sensible critic mr Harry S Plinkett with his attitude towards racial casting.
