I don't know what the cute thread thinks of rats but I got new rats to keep my middle-aged lady company following the death of her sister and I think they are wonderful so here you go: Say hello to Toast the Gnawing and Cheedo the Furpile. But how will Smaslug take to them?   Moving in together has been an overall success. The large, comfortable bed had to be taken away because it was too good a prize and was causing fights even though none of them had ever seen it before. Toast has taken to becoming Smaslug's devoted servant. Cheedo remains uncertain but is coming around, Toast keeps running between them to deliver messages of reconciliation. Smaslug has yet to realise that she is the largest and is supposed to be dominant, although she does occasionally run across the cage and use her massive butt as a swinging bludgeon, resulting in extremely bafflement and such. Smaslug and Toast are sleeping together in the sputnik. Cheedo is... not.
