well why not posted:4 x Thunderbolt ports in usb-c. they all charge. I don't understand how they did this with Skylake. Iit has nowhere near enough PCIe lanes for 4 TB3 ports plus a dGPU plus a SSD.

Yeah I don't get the hate for the bar. It's another way to keep my hands on the keyboard. I actually hope they release a wireless keyboard with it so I can use it at my desk since I don't keep my monitors 2 feet above my computer.

The only thing that really confuses me is...if everything is really hung up...first I couldn't do a battery pull, and that was okay because a hardware power button would cut the battery with a hold-down. But now, I no longer have a hardware power button either? How am I supposed to force a shutdown? Would have made more sense to have the physical ESC and Power key where they are now, with the touchbar in the middle in between them!

I still don't understand why they replaced the top row of keys wholesale with the touch bar. Couldn't you have both and have touch bar exclusively be for application-specific shortcuts/interfaces for the people afraid of keyboard shortcuts?

At least for me, this would make way more sense on a wireless keyboard than the integrated one on the laptop. But like someone said earlier, this might be designed for people used to iPhones and iPads than a straight laptop
