I really like the IRL threads, like low-rent cosplay using just what's in your room, the smilies thread. goon lairs, SA yearbook, stuff like that. anyone have a good idea for a thread like that? I was thinking re-creating movie posters, or even make original movie posters/promos. something that could pull in both the photo-shoppers, and the picture-takers. |

Hey on Friday I did some grammar analysis with my year 9 students. One sentence has the verb 'love', and I ask the students "What is love?". I got "baby don't hurt me" as a response. ok bye |

anyone watch CBS Sunday Morning today They were talking about scarecrows. There was a crow eating some guy's cherries at his cherry farm, so he tried releasing a falcon to scare off the crows. The falcon landed on a branch and started chilling with the crows and ate some cherries himself. It was real funny I'm bored at work please someone save me I don't want to be here help

spiders are really cool so I never noticed the car sounds because I was so fixated on the spider making spider burritos I missed the dog story though, I was on the phone dealing with a big ultra super boring water main break

I work at the NOC for a moderately sized ISP. I find broken poo poo and either fix it or yell at someone else to fix it. We're a 24/7 operation (if your internet goes out we just can't leave it like that until normal business hours) which it means we all gotta pick up a lovely shift from time to time. Sundays are usually nice and easy so I spend most of the day reading/studying/surfing the web. My eyes are glazing over my study book though, I'm really not in the mood.

This job could be boring at times but I work with cool people and with cool technology. I spend more time studying on my own now than I did when I was in school (I was an awful student)

its a nice 63f autumn day in new england, nature is warming up the ground to make it easier for the undead to rise tomorrow and I'm regretting buying candy for the trick or treaters last night because now most of it is gone and i have to buy more

I'm also now wondering if snickers bars are cheaper to make than three musketeers or milky ways because i bought a giant bag that had all three in "bite size" and the snickers are at least twice the size of the others wtf

snickers bar threes musketeer milkys way |
# ? Oct 30, 2016 16:37 |

Here is the proof. I am unwilling to unwrap these and show the minuscule sizes because I am also unwilling to eat more candy right now but trust me. Also i just realized the snickers is a "fun" size and the others are "mini" size which i guess is just code for "lovely". I feel like i should have done more research before buying candy this year.

that is truly a weird way to package candy. everybody knows that mixed candy always has some good stuff and some filler, but they're usually less blatant about it and holy cow are people nuts about pretentious snickers things https://www.google.com/search?q=deconstructed+snickers&tbm=isch |
