Going by least favourites my gym would be an early poison type gym. I would have a full team of grimer and muk who know mud-slap, minimize, harden and poison gas. If you either have a 100% accuracy move or can luck through and hit enough before poison and weak mud-slaps kill all of your pokemon you win. I'm sure there's a lesson for new trainers in there somewhere. The worst gym I can think of is still the 2nd gym being a normal gym with retaliate. 3rd gym being a normal gym with stomp on a scrappy, 80 base attack, 100 base speed pokemon is also pretty mean. Maybe Gen VII will try to one-up those by giving an early captain a max BP return as their TM, strong normal type pokemon and hacked-mons with aerilate, pixilate, and refrigerate. Or field moves that give the same effects.

Flying sucks. I'd have to go with: Crobat Xatu Noivern Vespiquen Dragonite and Gyrados are cool but I don't really think of them as flying types I guess. I just Pre-ordered/Pre-downloaded Sun because I liked the Sun exclusives better. I want the game to be a little hard by the end so I'm just not going to evolve my pokemon until after beating the game. Going with this team:  Hopefully there's a place in-game we can get Everstones easily. Mashing the B button after every fight is annoying. I'd be astonished if there wasn't something similar to the friend safari to expand the pokedex postgame. Though waiting until other people have beaten the game so you can have your preferred team sounds like my definition of a personal hell.
