Super Saiyan Blue: Kaio-ken works because Super Saiyan Blue has perfect Ki control, not because it is less straining than Super Saiyan (Goku outright states at the beginning of the Hit fight that he isn't using SSB to begin with because it is tiring). Super Saiyan Blue is strong and calm, Super Saiyan is weaker and furious, and even mastered apparently has less-than-perfect Ki control, which makes Super Kaio-ken far too dangerous to ever use outside of filler which involves Goku being dead.

I'd like that, although really there's no canonical precedent for Gogeta's behaviour at all at this stage. He might be exactly the same as Vegetto. They might even decide that them doing the fusion dance returns Vegetto.

I can't wait until I have a kid to give them the true DBZ experience Saiyan saga until the end of the ginyu saga then back to the saiyan saga to do it all over again then a repeat of the freiza saga then as normal
