I can see the hacking health packs being seriously OP, agreed. I mean I had a lot of silly, overpowered ideas but I never thought "Lets totally screw over Hanzos/genjis/tracers/etc for the most meaningful amount of time in the game. They should just take a look at health pack cycles/map placement, and adjust how long she can shut them down for the enemy. Thought it'll be interesting to see how it shifts the meta; if your opponents cant heal as much, and your own team can make use of health packs much more, then having 2 healers becomes less critical in a way. *Boop!* is gonna be fun to spam at people.
