Considering the hack description on the website makes no mention whatsoever of the fast respawn thing I wouldn't be surprised if that's the first thing into the woodchipper. Next on my wild theory list would probably be only one medkit hacked at a time.

Let's make the Spy from TF2 but instead of disguising they get a machine gun and can teleport around while invisible and be invisible for like half the match

Wait six months and then see what kind of impact she's made. Also, even if she is broken as a whole, a 6-second cooldown on a mobility skill is probably the least worrisome thing about her design.

For some reason the website doesn't mention this so there hasn't been much hay made of it, but on top of everything else in her kit, Sombra also gets a passive wallhack on enemies under 50% health.

Sombra looks pretty awesome, her movement is actually the coolest looking thing to me - love the verticality of her teleport. For all her little abilities it looks balanced by the fact her weapon isn't overly powerful. People are also real bad at picking what is OP or not, both Ana and Zarya were thought of as garbage tier and now both are getting nerfs

Blizzard's approach is heavily skewed towards Torb's rivet gun, while TF2s approach was more balanced (well it depended on your loadout could lean towards the turret). If you're going to have a turret class don't go through every effort to make the turret bad (it does do enough damage ... well sort of). I just said that and yes her hacking is not as good as you think it is. It breaks her invis and damage stops it. The health kit hack is the biggest game changer she has imo.
