I'll make one optimistic post here. HRC still has a chance. Wisconsin had 3 million votes in 2012. 2 million votes have been counted. Turnout is similar to 2012 (if not exceeding) and I expect will surpass it slightly. So there are a lot of votes to be counted in WI still. While there aren't many precincts left in the heavy-Dem areas, they are the highest populated precincts. Consider the following: - Hillary currently lags behind by about 80K votes in WI 2012 Votes, http://elections.nytimes.com/2012/results/states/wisconsin 2012 Milwaukee County: approx 470K voters, 66 to 32 Obama Current: 320K votes, 67-31 Hillary Potential to make up about 100K vote deficit 2012 Dane County: 300k voters, 71-27 Obama Current: 230k, 70-24 Potential to make up about 45k vote deficit NYT uses Number of Precincts to calculate their projections, not population+number of precincts. The highest-population precincts are usually one of the last to report. She can still win.
