You can't just say "nope, not going in there" while attempting to help Iraq deal with the situation--and that's setting aside the massive amounts of tragedy and war crimes that occur daily there. But don't worry, Putin will make all the hard decisions go away. Seriously, why even bother talking about the situation here--democrats won't be in a position to order a storming of a starbucks until maybe--maybe--next decade. Focus on the rebuild.
