"fag" is getting there - tho i give props to the phelps clan for making that one more unacceptable, but it still hasn't had enough time esp in places like texas where they were road hauling gay dudes like a decade ago. the others are so new that it just makes hay for people who might otherwise be convinced, esp for trans people who keep changing it year to year it seems remember that even the term "politically correct" was invented by the right as a way to undermine their opposition by bogging them down in language to the exclusion of their positions. it was effective then and it's still effective

I don't count on them for poo poo but I do know some old grizzled veteran biker types who REALLY push the "we voted for him cause fuckin obama destroyed the economy and we dont think he'll actually do all the horrible poo poo he said; but IF HE DOES, we're against em!" None of it makes any sense and these people keep supporting the GOP feverishly even after Repubs constantly refuse to pass bills aiding vets....but you know, it would be nice to see any fractures occur in their base to keep them busy while the left decides between throwing molotovs and having drum circles

the right softened on gay marriage because they assumed a republican presidency in 2016 was lost and we'd have 1000 years of liberal darkness in the supreme court. i was just talking about politics and stuff with my very cool older cousin and her opinions line up very closely with mine and she was talking about her lesbian friend and how well we would get along and i just came out to her and she hasn’t responded and i know she wouldn’t have a problem with it

At 3am, my neighbor decided to start screaming her head off non-stop, telling her boyfriend that she was going to kill him. I called the cops and met them in the lobby of my building and rode the elevator with them and there was this moment where I wanted to say "People really aren't dealing well with Trump, are they?" but instead I asked them if they liked Dave Chappelle and they did so I told them to check out his SNL monologue. They were both black so I would love to know what they think about his bit where he makes fun of "blue lives matter" and says if black was a uniform he would trade it in. I didn't say anything about that part, but just wondered to myself while we rode up to the third floor. Anyway, I hope she gets help because she didn't even recognize her father when he came to take her to the hospital. poo poo's hosed up.

Looking through the past pages of the thread really is something, around page 180 you got people making fun of trump and his none existent chance to win and dumb looking face cake and the words "shook nate" repeated over and over, around page 200-210 people getting worried and a lot of perma banned people telling everyone to calm down hillary got this. And all the people permabanned on the hillary toxx the rap sheet gives this as the reason.  Such a sudden swing in tone in such a short time on election day, it is fascinating when it isn't making you sad.
