Nothing to worry about Bernies actual concern about minorities, no sir! I have no idea how you are relating those things in your head. Bernie allowing a coalition who felt they weren't represented time to speak at his event then inviting members into his campaign so they were more represented and also altering his platform to better accommodate them, vs a guy who would rant about the dangers of minorities and how violence against them was a good solution to huge crowds upwards of four times a day for months and then tweeting a random "wait nevermind" months later. Like, they couldn't be more opposites. I literally can't think of something more opposite.

The poster has good and correct opinions: that minorities are underrepresented and that "a rising tide raises all ships" doesn't actually happen in minority communities and is a stupid simplification, that minorities have historically been actively discriminated against and alleviating that must also be an active process, that many politicians only pay lip service to the minority community while doing little to nothing once in power. However he also has one really big stupid bad opinion: A white person will never want to help minorities because of their white skin.

The swing states she lost by narrow margins are pretty much all states where the amount of (minority) voters illegally purged from the registration lists are larger than Trump's margin of victory. And this is the first election after the Roberts court gutted the VRA in Shelby, which made this possible. Not saying she ran a great campaign but if you're going to blame her for losing, (a) realize that she would have won if not for voter suppression, and (b) understand that this was the first election of its kind. There's a reason nobody saw the losses in PA or MI coming.
