Montella at least has to tell Donnarumma to stop giving it to him on these goal kicks. The other option is Zapata who hasn't played this season, I think. Romagnoli may be "available" but I don't want him to get hurt worse going in to these colder weather matches.

What would really be good is if Inter could put Ranocchia on.

Here's an exciting advanced stat: Fiorentina have the most clean sheets of any team this season, with just six. That sounds really low to me, especially given the position there in. Lots of goals this year I guess.

Muriel to Napoli in January is a thing now. That would be a really good buy for them considering his current form.

Higuain died, Mandzukic and Kean are the only healthy strikers. Would be insane (but cool) if the kid debuted in the CL tomorrow

Our numbers are weird, though I think they'll turn out to be good in the long run if we keep this up.

First of all though, we're also missing a match (against Genoa), so that factors in our position (even though it's likely gonna be a draw).

We do have the second best defense with 11 goals conceded (after Juve's 9); however we won 2 games with 9 goals scored, which is half of our total goals scored; the other 3 wins were 1-0 each, and we have two 0-0 draws (Milan and Atalanta).

So untraditionally, we're extremely solid in the back, but shaky and inconclusive in front.

Basically, had we had Higuain up front instead of Kalinic, we'd be pretty much at the top of the table by now. Football is easy.

quote:

Udinese defender Danilo has been suspended by the club after beating up three of his teammates during today’s training session. The Brazilian defender caused the interruption of the training session due to his aggressive behaviour, especially towards Ali Adnan, Penaranda and Francesco Lodi who were all medicated after Danilo’s folly.

Danilo was also involved in a brawl with his teammates shortly after with Angella and Badu who tried to calm the Brazilian defender down, but in vain.

Udinese coach Luigi Delneri suspended the training session shouting to his players: “shame on you, you behave worse than children.”

Udinese have confirmed Danilo’s suspension through their director of sport Nereo Bonato who has claimed: “We expect the player to say sorry to his teammates. That’s the minimum he can do. We are also going to fine him but before taking any action we want to know why he was so nervous today, we are going to meet him tomorrow.”
