As the distributor, Netflix has the final say as to when the episodes will release, and given that Joel and the gang are still actively working on post-production (or even possibly production), I doubt they're at the point that they could give more than a vague release timeframe beyond the already-said "sometime early 2017," which basically means Q1/Q2.
