even taking seriously that russia has the means, motive, opportunity and prior form to meddle with the us election, the propornot list is sketchy and likely full of bullshit assumptions laundered through dodgy algorithms even assuming the best of faith for everyone involved, which you shouldn't for politics in general and for a foreign policy issue in particular however russia does run propaganda operations and i'm not aware of a reason to dismiss the claim by us domestic intelligence that they did the DNC hack like american intelligence meddling in foreign elections, take the possibility seriously while applying proper scepticism to any specific accusation but a better democratic campaign could likely have weathered the effect, the same with all the other things - media enabling, fbi interference, precession of venus - that can be credibly accused of determining the election simply because it was so close. and that's the concern for rebuilding/takeover of the democratic party

Much like the logic of 'well American intelligence fucks with other places' we do also have to acknowledge so does Russian, and if a poo poo ton of places independently are saying 'they probably had a hand in these things' it's maybe reasonable to look at that and go 'probably yea'. That said, a campaign better handled could probably have handled that, and it's extremely unlikely they committed any actual voter fraud, but rather were involved in the PR and optics side of things that should have been the easier things to handle. We should acknowledge that russian propaganda is an issue and it's probably hosed up they had a vested interest in getting a businessman with ties to their country in the presidency to begin with, but that doesn't mean pretending Hillary would totes be president right now if not for the spectre of Putin.

it just doesn't seem that unusual. the russian election of '96 was in the bag for the communists until a consortium of western consultancies and domestic oligarchs threw it to yeltsin, probably illegally. that's way way more overt than any of the stuff brought up in the us this cycle
