So who are the progressive dems that don't like Pelosi? Here and in my social circles and everywhere else I do political stuff online she seems to have approaching 100% support.

For all the accusations of an ideological purity campaign, there doesn't seem to be any desire to fight dems that actually seem competent and desire victory, and Pelosi definitely seems to be that.

Yeah, this has been my experience too.

"Ideological purity" is used to basically mean anyone who doesn't like candidates literally getting a quarter million dollars a speech from banks or who think the 15 dollar minimum wage is important.

The dems have just lowered the bar so much they think anyone who doesn't instantly suck off anyone with a D on their name is some kind of crazy commie purist that will never be sated.

2006-2008 dubya was president
2008-2010 the senate took all the focus for the ACA (tho i think this might have been because pelosi quickly secured the votes in house while the senate was a fight)
2010-2016 was "lol you think this congress is passing something?"

The ones who hated her were the red state dems who got in off the 50 state strategy and purged in 2010. The problem is if dems want to get the power they need in 2018 to stop Trump skull loving America and to be able to stack the deck in 2020 through counter-gerrymandering, you either need those guys or an amazing substitute that no-one has really figured out yet.

fifth, they have minor cookie elements, if you removed the goop, and took the underlying bar and cut it round then its kinda cookey-esq but then its neighter a "BAR" or "LEMON" so its no longer a LEMON BAR its a lemon cookie

lemon cookie != lemon bar

and

bars are CATEGEORICALLY not cookies

you make cookies in MODERN electric/gas ovens with temperature controls that gauentee an even baking, the REASON for having a large number of small items is so you can move them around in an UNEVEN heated oven (aka what most of humanity used for most of history)
