You know, during that arc a couple years ago where April was slob-knobbing over all the NSAs and CIAs worst practices, I never thought we would end up here.

The island in Mark Trail have been exploding for so long that it has started mumbling its explosions instead being really into it.

Julet Esqu posted:Prince Valiant Kavak posted:That's a freaking Elder Sign. I love this strip so much. Valiant is probably my favorite strip. I love the art and color in this one especially. I was iffy about this storyline at first but it's had a wonderful Conan-ish quality to it and it's completely won me over. Unlike so many strips that have been going for decades I really feel like the people behind Valiant have been doing a great job with it.

I guess during those two lines of dialogue the stretched taxi was fully unloaded and drove off as quickly as possible so that a driveby could take place.

F Minus What kind of job would a reindeer have in the off-season? Mary Worth Oh boy here we go. Actually I am curious what Mary's advice will be. I imagine it will be "age is just a number blah blah." Rex Morgan MD "Who would call me to the ER? I'm a terrible doctor!" Secret Agent X-9 Apartment 3-G If I'm not mistaken, this is New Years Eve? So he made an appointment to meet someone for some kind of serious business at midnight on New Years Eve? I might be wrong and this is New Years Day.

amishjosh posted:what kind of doctor is rex anyway? the strips wikipedia article doesn't go into detail. He has his own practice, right? At least, he had to deal with disposing of his own files and stuff, which if he regularly worked at a hospital, you'd think they'd take care of for him. And he's advised people on everything from artificial joints to Alzheimer, to pregnancy. I think he's one of that dying breed, the small-town general practitioner. Maybe just visiting one of his patients in the hospital by chance?
