It's not like the originals had particularly compelling names, when you think about it.

Yes I too believe they would never go with a super safe, generic, and boring name after seeing The Force Awakens.

The Empire Strikes Back implies a dark turn or two. I always liked that name.

Everyone who was at the premiere certainly thinks that it was, and if those spoilers are legit, then it's not only going to be good, but also rad and cool.

Several weeks ago, I cleared my schedule for this upcoming Thursday night:

The 2nd showing is due to the fact that I wanted one of those Mondo pint glasses:

If these are true, this film sounds like it's going to be fantastic. Vader in particular sounds like he is handled very well.

I don't like Kevin Smith but he sure likes Rogue One, apparently.

His words on Vader sounds very promising. Vader a la "Alien" sounds more and more likely.

No idea. As I said, I don't like him much, but I did like TFA quite a bit so if he liked that one too then I'm a-okay with that.

(Generally I cry to movies such as "Son of Saul" and not space magic but hey we're all different).

Yeah in english. I moved here in Aug from the states. Most of their American films are played in english audio, with finnish and swedish subs. Children's movies are usually dubbed in finnish, but occasionally they'll have an english language showing for them (Kubo, for example, had one ENG showing at night when it was here).

Two people I trust have seen it via press showings. One rates it as "8/10". The other puts it above 7 as his fourth-favourite SW movie. Sounds good to me.
