I like Death Race 2000 (featuring a young Sylvester Stallone), though I'm not sure whether it was deliberately cheesy or "authentically" so-bad-it's-good. I couldn't enjoy Miami Connection until I went to a screening in college -- definitely more entertaining when, e.g., the crowd starts singing along to the terrible songs.

Bad can mean many things. Sometimes you enjoy a movie just because of the sheer audacity of it. The plot is stupid, the acting is bad and the thing just a mess but it comes together in a way that you enjoy despite everything. Like sometimes a movie contains many things that in most cases would be deal breakers but it just creates this perfect storm where everything gets cancelled out and it just works. I don't think it's insincere to say that in those cases a movie is so bad it's good. Anyways, I came here to say I really like that version of Beowulf starting Christopher Lambert and produced by the people that made Mortal Kombat. The movie is stupid all the way through and is just a montage of baffling deduction but it's just so goofy and bizarre that it's hard to look away.

While not "best", I recently enjoyed Gods of Egypt and Jupiter Ascending. They were great "throw everything at the wall to see what sticks". I also love Transformers: The Movie. The soundtrack alone puts it in the top tier of "amazingly bad movies".
