Then they will use Mario or sonic to explore creative or mature themes because it provides a safe place removed from their actual experiences. I get the connection and the appeal to autistic individuals but I don't think you can blame the entire Sonic Fandom on autism, some of these people are just hacks who want to be artistic without any actual hard work.
