But he just started talking about it recently and it's the most interesting things he's said in 7 years...

Hasn't Allison been off limits since the divorce? I thought I remembered hearing that as part of the settlement she had to be edited out of any old bits.

He did actually mention Alison a fair bit during a segment that happened in the first year of Sirius. A woman who worked in the radio industry claimed in an interview that Howard Stern asked her out in the past, during the period when he was still married to Allison. The woman claimed to have also approached Allison about this. Howard then had the woman on the show in a phone interview, she stuck her guns and claimed it was true, and Howard claimed it was bullshit and said that he was going to contact Allison about it.

There could be some truth to this, at least in the sense that Howard could have asked her out when he was seemingly still with Alison but probably was not. It seems likely that Howard and Alison had split up a long time before it became public knowledge, and equally likely that Howard and Beth have been together much longer than was known. Plus there's the high probability that Howard's "mad tear" period, complete with supposed romances with Don Buchwald clients Robin Givens and Angie Everhart, was a complete fabrication.

The simplest answer is that Howard was probably cheating like a motherfucker and Allison knew about it, hence the divorce.

Come on guys, its not that complicated. The fact that he cant keep the Beth timeline straight kinda proves this.

There was a thing where Howard was going on and on about how women are really into anniversaries and always know exactly the dates, and then Beth said it was almost their Xth anniversary of being together, and if you did the math, they started before Howard announced his separation from Alison.

Man, I'm listening to the tail end of the Best of KC Armstrong pack and poo poo is grim. The last hour has just been KC calling up to promote the latest scam he's somehow involved with (one was literally called the Legal Pyramid, "y'know...like Pyramid Scheme.") Plus he's always got a suspended license or warrants or something. He's kind of like Kramer, but with more mental health issues and less success. I wonder if he ever managed to clean himself up or actually get real help.

Yes he does do his usual schtick and tells dirty jokes (sometimes more, sometimes less depending on the guest) but if you ever wonder what he's like out of character, this is a good example.

This is why I don't listen to his podcast. Who wants Gilbert out of character? I'm of the same opinion as Howard hearing his real voice. I'm weirded out by it and find it a little depressing. It's like him but missing a spark.

Kendra. I'm assuming that Christine at least is responsible enough to take care of her kids/family. Kendra's just some person who was loving around with Eric.

I think she should have just thrown up repeatedly at the thought until Eric started doing that grumbling thing that means his little heart was breaking. Why lie at that point? The only action Eric could get is pity-fucks from the diseased Air Force Amy, and even that was reaching her limit.

In all fairness, I think the extremely good ones are in the tens of thousands of dollars range and up because they use real human hair and elaborate systems that themselves can cost I think upwards of 5-10 grand a year just to do the upkeep. But those are also the people who you can't notice like you can with Bobo so for them it's likely money very well spent.

Bobo probably spent what was a fortune to him on that. I'm sure what Robin wears costs 5x as much as Bobo's.
