If you wind up captured and locked in someone's torture hole (because it's far easier to knock someone out and lock them away where they can never attack you again) then they can force you to eat and keep you alive. HelixSnake uses custom scripts to make games do crazy poo poo. This particular script apparently makes everything in the world vitally interested in hugging the player at lethal velocity. He also plugs in an invincible ragdoll script of some sort so the madness will last longer and he can telekinetically smash this poor bastard around while everything is drawn to him like the universe's screamiest black hole.

The only way I knew of obtaining poo in recent-ish builds (a year ago?), was destroying buttbots because they still sometimes generated poo-smears which you could then beaker to produce poo. I doubt that this was originally a feature, but like so much in SS13, it became one.
