Char still ships every now and then and there is even a new venture of a sole inter-delve transportation service for pennies. For a long time now I know Theta as a whole detests using ITL which is where Char gets a majority of his work. I was merely quoting in agreement and stating that ITL is still strong as ever with Tiberius at the helm.

yeah once she reimbursed the cargo I thought she'd made good. Initially she did not disclose this (or hadn't done it / wasn't going to do it) and she was called out that she should do it, which she said she wouldn't do. This was at the same time when she was talking a lot of poo poo about leadership as if she were actually somebody. That last part is the part that stuck with folks I think so they overlook the goodwill of paying people back.
