I can understand how Minecraft would appeal to creepy people. You could pretty much mod it into whatever creepy poo poo you can think of. There used to be a thread in Games about trying to find the worst Skyrim mods ever. Most of what they found was sexual gore stuff, and then somebody dug up a child abduction mod.

That Skyrim mod thread still exists IIRC, it's just been re-purposed as like a general "Cool/Weird Mods" thread, but if you go to the first page you'll see it starts talking about horrible and creepy mods. The Lazytown threads were like the proto-brony threads. Weirdly those threads, if I recall right as I was lurking at the time, never really got gassed, they were sort of tolerated. The whole thing sort of stayed in it's own little corner until Helldump did some like major thread that got a bunch of people banned. The Helldump thread's creepiest moment wasn't about a goon though. They found some dude who was OBSESSED with the show and the main female little girl lead in particular, and he like found some girl who looked like her and followed her secretly for like a whole day.
