Still reading YKK. It feels like I'm really deep into it but I guess I really just passed the halfway mark. Highlights so far: Chapter 60: Maruko tries to goose Kokone and she pulls a gun on her. Don't gently caress with Kokone, man. Chapter 68: A T-6 Texan! That androids can jack into, apparently. It's fascinating, though. Very contemplative. The art isn't that detailed but it's really expressive, good at suggesting motion.

honestly what's more hosed up is that honey's girlfriend dying will be the only real plot development since the first episode, since pretty much every episode since then has been almost entirely self-contained

My friend and I watched the first 3 episodes of Scorching Ping Pong Girls tonight. I liked it! Main girl when she gets full of herself is great, and she had a nice little arc in these eps.
