Is there a bug with light AT grenades? A cavalry dude just took out my full health arty truck with one. Also it's hilarious/depressing to see the FPS kids get stuck in their own mini COD level at B on Suez.

I've died to a frag grenade that way before, but not this time. In fact I was slowly moving and the cavalry had just arrived to a point I was contesting. Definitely no mines or other players present.

Digging trenches would be cool but hard as hell to program (throwback shoutout to red faction tho) What they should have is an item, probably for support, that is a basic sandbag set up you can throw down. Couple sand bags on either side that you can go prone behind and have some cover to shoot from. Similar to the sniper's metal shield except anyone can use it and it's not a sniper item so it's relevant

I mean I guess it would contribute to that REAL WWI EXPERIENCE, but nobody wants to play a mode where you have to run across an open field while the defenders get to sit in hidey-holes and fire on you with near-impunity nonstop.

After getting some sweet multikills with the frag crossbow I've been using it over limpets. I miss taking down buildings but banking frag grenades around has been a whole lot of fun. I killed a few people in a bunker earlier today (Argonne) before coming into work. THUNK

I've ditched limpets completely for the frag crossbow. Sometimes I do miss being able to damage vehicles or blow up buildings, but you can only toss limpets like 3 feet. If there was a limpet launcher I'd change back

The Xbone external drive thing is just that the internal SATA is slow as heck and the disk is getting smashed by the OS for some reason, so using a USB 3.0 disk of any flavor (I just have a WD portable 2TB) means you usually load in 30sec or so earlier. That first load-in to MP BF1 though is a loooong fuckin wait.

Why didn't I use the AT rocket gun sooner? It's awesome. Hellriegel for close range and if you get pinned down, pop out your rocket rifle and blow up a sniper. It also takes out light tanks really fast.

I was pretty much in the same boat. Loved COD hardcore for MW and MW2. Battlefield is just too chaotic for insta-deaths. Also snipers.
