I'm pretty behind on switch news and didn't see it in the OP, Whats the word on Wii U and Wii Backward compatibility? Obviously it doesn't use discs but will digital copies work? I skipped Wii U so this would be a big selling point for me.

If GC VC turns out to be a thing, I wouldn't be surprised to see a Wii VC as well since the Joy-Cons could easily emulate Wiimotes. Actually, does the Switch support Wiimotes? I could have sworn I saw a promotional photo last night during the presentation with someone playing a one of the games with a Wiimote.
