Got a meeting invite. They just copy-pasted the conference bridge info from the email they got when they setup their account

The invite included their credentials to admin the bridge.

It cuts out a lot of cruft that's hard to quantify in the same way contractors do, which is why they cost double employees' salary but are still preferred

Not typically a good solution for mid to large businesses' infra tho

contractors or aws because jfc do i have a problem with the former

Still better than android clock

three days of "training" (guided demo with click here student portion) was about two days longer than i needed to hate zoom

anyone who delierately chooses conference software without per-imbecile muting on the client should be set on fire and pissed out again, forever

"The faster you use your cooldowns, the faster you can use them again"
simple fix there, create a separate zoom room for each attendee then use a voip bridge to bridge them in as individual numbers in webex, finally use the webex controls to mute the individual meeting room of the offending user

need to see the chat in the zoom rooms? also easy - just activate the webcams of each computer and use a text processing engine to read the typed chat off of the reflection on the user's face, then use a simple skype bot to im you the text

The Boeing 737-200QC is the undisputed workhorse of the skies.
imagine if you will nine people in a conference room

the senior manager who called the meeting has power point slides on her laptop, and would like said slides to be on the conference room screen

five minutes is spent to change the screen's input to the laptop

five more minutes were spent disconnecting the room's phone so the laptop could be plugged into the network so the senior manager could remote into the laptop from the boardroom's computer, two feet away, so the slides would be visible on the screen
