Oh god what have I done

Sonor Player Select. For such a small kit - 20/12/14/14, and so cheap - roughly $550 for the shell pack and the included tom/ride bracket, it sounds like a boss. The rack tom is a little boinky but the floor tom woofs like a champ and the bass drum is loud as hell. The only thing I don't love about it is that the bass drum tensioner claws look kinda cheap but who cares?

I'm ditching the stock snare and playing my (also gold sparkle) vintage Milestone snare, which is going to crank it up real nice in terms of sound, as will replacing the heads with better ones (Remo.)

(Also going to get mesh batter heads and L80 cymbals so it can be played at apartment volume)

This is the only truly acceptable response. No real synthesis nerd would accept less than ideally square square waves.

As evidenced by the post above, if you actually want it to work, you still have to use a real camera. So something made by Canon or, in the worst, case, Nikon.

Had a close call recently where I nearly found out the hard way that my 20$ innova meter ain't fused. Let's just say those probe wires can get really hot, really quick. Great lesson to always double check where the selector is pointing so you don't accidentally try to measure amps instead of volts

Looks nice. I hate those handles. Much rather have a single one but otherwise looks good.

That is a little babby reel so a single handle would be kinda fussy. It's meant to throw lures from 1/8oz to like 1/2oz. I'm gonna use it for white perch, pickerel, and schoolie stripers and blues.

600ml 40khh, not sure what's good or desirable but it ripped all the caked in old ink off a feed in less 2 minutes. Just unbranded off eBay, around $30AUD.

I've seen modernist chefs use it for french fries. Not cook them, but to rough them up prior to frying so they have more surface area to crisp up. So you could do that if you're really serious about french fries.

The instruction manual with mine says to not use with fabrics, I imagine rubber ear earbud tips would work great.

I bought an ultrasonic cleaner to try to use to clean spent brass before reloading, and it did a terrible job. That could have just been the model though. I ended up just going with a traditional vibratory tumbler and walnut media. It makes the brass super shiny :sparkles:
