Rather than use your phone for the rudimentary features of online gameplay with your Nintendo Switch™, use it to fire up a good session of Pornhub, so you'll have hosed yourself the good way instead of the bad way by buying a Nintendo Switch™ I do sincerely hope that the Reggie saying matchmaking/lobbies is through the app is interpreted poorly and he's saying that you can do it that way, rather than you need to do it that way.

Yea, $50 is too much for a Bomberman game. Jeeeesus. To think I was the one reminding people "that $60 is just a placeholder!" On any other console, this would be a $20 digital title at most. On the same note, I've been passively interested in Binding of Isaac due to all of its praise, and apparently I'll like it because I enjoyed Enter The Gungeon, but $40 seems mountainous when I could get Rebirth and Afterbirth on PS4 for $26 (Or just Rebirth for $15.) Guess I'll just be waiting for sales or used copies.

Also I was just about to post that I am truly shocked about the prices on everything except the switch itself. £279 is what I see as OK for the console. The prices for accessories seem just a tad higher than they should be. Of course, when everything is a tad to high, it adds up quickly. Bomberman, if full price, is too high for me, as is 12Switch. Priced the same, or even within  of BotW is lunacy seeing them side by side.I don't plan on buying any accessories right away (other than maybe that Zelda amiibo  ) but I might want a classic controller down the line, maybe. Most of the people I'd play multiplayer with will have their own switch and would easily bring their joycon along.I assume those USB ports will support the GC controller adapter eventually. I can't imagine playing smash on joycon (although I have one friend that is somehow decently good at playing on a wiimote with no nunchuk)

I'll reserve judgment til I get to try it and see the build quality, but the prices for the accessories seem absurd. I was pissed when I had to pay $50 for a Wii U Pro controller (even though it is excellent); $70 for a Switch Pro controller is not reasonable, no matter how nice it is. $80 for a pair of joycons is flat-out awful. If they can bring controller prices down to the $50 range, I'd probably take the plunge, but as things stand I'd probably just make do with the included accessories. That said, if they released gamecube controller-shaped joycons along with smash, they'd probably make a mint. So did that not happen or what What she said was that she has multiple sources suing it is happening, and will be released in Q2 2017, not that it would necessarily be announced at the presentation. One theory she posited is that the Q2 release date is actually E3 - as in, they'll get on stage at E3 and go “We at Nintendo are proud to announce that fan-favorite Mother 3 has been fully translated into English, and will be launched on the Switch Virtual Console... RIGHT NOW". Also, remember that the whole thing about Mother 3 is that it's never received a proper English translation and Western release. The Japanese have had the game for years. It wouldn't really be a main priority for a Japan-focused presentation.

Sure, if you completely ignore all the stuff they've gotten right. In Laura's case that includes a lot of hardware details - she was leaking stuff like the advanced (HD) rumble, the location and functionality of the record button, the size, resolution and capabilities of the touchscreen, etc. back in August before we had even seen the console. She also leaked a supposed Mario/Rabbids game, and then soon after, Ubisoft had a video with Rabbid-ised Mario on a shelf in the background, which seems like foreshadowing for an announcement. There's always going to be bad sources, wrong guesses, internal delays and name changes and whatnot, but there are legit leakers with legit sources.
