I still don't know what any of the people in that video were thinking to be honest. Truck lets the blue car go, but then just sits there sort of stops for no reason. This apparenty means "make a right turn across traffic in front of a truck" to the white SUV, and while all of this is happening the motorcyclist decides that passing on the left in a turn only lane is the best thing to do because the truck is stopping. Looks like he stopped so his rear end end wouldn't be blocking the intersection when he stopped in the traffic just past the turn? Scale is kinda screwy cuz of the camera and being on the wrong side of the road.

I don't think letting the blue car in was the problem here. He didn't even come to a full stop, just keeping stopping distances in mind. The white SUV taking advantage of his slowing down and making a turn over a barrier and the motorcyclist overtaking at speed in the rain from a left turn only lane weren't great decisions.

Aren't a lot of the labourers working on it going to be Mexicans? And the steel and concrete needed? The nearest factories to the border are on the Mexican side? They may not be paying for it but they will be a fair few Mexicans/ Mexican companies making some money off of it.
