There was the resume writing goon, the "swole pt" guy (although I may be misremembering it being a scam, but I'm pretty sure I remember some drama about him), now the jerky goon. That said, I have used the tax goon for my returns a couple times and haven't been audited and/or arrested yet so maybe there are some good ones left.
