From some pages back, but... sure. Our emergency service is collapsed thanks to funds being undercut to the point of not having enough doctors/nurses/practitioners for everyone, so waiting lines of four hours or more are common. But hey, our conservative government banned "illegal" immigrants from using the non-emergency services, so guess what, it's gotten even more collapsed... and we've got sick people who won't/aren't ill enough to go there going around

Personally my favorite is when I'm waiting for a bus, the only person a bus stop, and some rear end in a top hat walks up and sits or stands right next to me and starts smoking. They have a whole drat beach to smoke, and they do it right next to me. Every bus stop here even has no smoking signs. My state has a pretty huge smoking ban now because a lot of really nice touristy spots with great views were just constantly disgusting and filled with cigarette butts. Like there were several places where you'd go and the ground would just be covered in an inch or two of butts, like the world's most disgusting snowfall.
