You guys just aren't thinking far ahead enough. The majestic southern border wall is just phase 1. Global climate change is significantly different from regional climate change, and human mismanagement of resources. Things like Brazilians not having enough clean drinking water would be happening regardless of any kind of global climate change. But of course, things are being exacerbated.
