Quelle Chris new album came out a week or two ago, I think someone mentioned it but it's really good. Lots of guest spots (as is pretty typical for his stuff), real mellow production. Kinda in a similar vein to Open Mike Eagle's stuff only with a more offbeat edge. It's definitely worth checking out, for sure.

Lupe has had questionable beat selection for a while now though. Like IIRC Prisoner 1&2 literally used the free samples that comes with the editing software.

The DatPiff app is also poo poo. You need to have a data connection to get it to open which means even if you download your mixtapes to it, if you have no internet, like on a plane (which I found out many times), it won't let you open it at all.

Yeah I mean I thought everyone was as app woke as me but I use Apple Music for my main source of music (use Spotify or Tidal or whatever pay for service you want) and I set Google music to monitor my downloads folder and whatever random stuff I cant find on Apple or...other sources I just toss in there, sync and delete the OG files.
