I think the ADC issue is rooted in the creeping obsolescence of their niche. In the current mobility and damage environment you often just don't need a devoted squishy ranged dude for ranged physical sustained damage when you have Cassopeia or Ryze or can just burst everyone or have a way tankier person put out sustained damage. That's why Varus and Jhin and Ashe are so popular- they provide value outside of consistent midrange damage in the form of long range poke/initiation/etc. I think the issue has largely settled down, though, IE/hurricane carries are showing up at all levels of play again (although admittedly at comp level it's only if jhin and/or varus is banned) and Poppy et al have been toned down enough for ADCs to actually kill them again.

Don't really like Azir in g2's comp though because they only have Braum as tank. If they had a real tank top Azir could just dps from the back in every fight.

I feel like UoL got scared for no reason. G2 weren't pushing any lane even with elder they had to just wait out for elder to time out. Ryze is as good as Azir late game and has more aoe. Don't know why they did that. They had to just put Gnar on split push duty and push mid with the other 4 like they did all game.

Fnatic's draft was pretty weak imo. I like Malz vs LB once you get lost chapters you can perma push the lane and not interact with her. The problem is they had no cc other than Malz. There is Shen taunt and Jhin e which are pretty easy to dodge. So everyone just keeps their qss mikaels for Caps ult. If there was more cc in their team like maybe Thresh instead of MF or something that would make them use their qss/cleanse on something other than Malz it would have worked. Also Malzahar was picked as support initially but then they saw Zyra and decide to pick MF to counter Zyra. This was great because Malz would then go in lane vs LB which is pretty even and not many champs can do that. The problem is that Spylce had already picked GP/Sivir so basically Malz is even more useless. They should have just put Malz bot because even though he gets countered by everyone in Spylce atleast you would have a midlane champ who is relevant.
