Maybe I listen to different stuff so Blooming's beginning sounds more cliche to me? I dunno. I've heard that sort of beginning way more than Face Myself.

And tbh you could've easily picked Will Power as a target because that theme is actually kind of lame and they use it for pivotal boss fights in the story, but it also shares post-awakening scene fights and sub bosses so it's clear they were missing a third boss track somewhere https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=azUdxTOWeho It's still an alright theme, but it's not like amazing or anything and could've u sed some oomph

Mine was the version of Face Myself used for the Marie boss. Face Myself's biggest problem for me was its instrumentation so adding more, uh, instruments mad ita lot better. Final boss music was pretty disappointing compared to Battle for Everyone's Souls and Burn My Dread LB.

It'd be the opposite for me, all of the dungeon themes are forgettable except for Heaven and Long Way, while I like most of the rest of the soundtrack. Your Affection remains the best town music in a Persona by an enormous margin (don't know what P5 will bring to the table though).

I had more trouble with the eyeball, although I didn't have Debilitate for that fight. p4's true final boss is only very deadly if they manage to land their status ailment/instant kill combo, which really doesnt happen that much because their AI generally prefers the middling damage attack spells instead
