Having multiple guards who can consistently hit 3's is pretty important, so if they can get Lou and give up minimal assets they should do it up.

Pelicans would need to send back more salary to the Lakers, so they'd need to include Ajinca most likely. It's Magic in charge now so who knows, but I don't really think the Pelicans could make the best offer for Lou. I agree he would be a huge pickup for them though.
