Yay another member of the trusting mason club. I treat unconfirmed masonries are confirmed because it's far more fun that way. I would rather be wrong that rare time than waste every time I'm in a masonry being cagey or just not posting in it. KB was a mason recruiter in one game and recruited me into it and together we solved the game.

Also my favourite thing about mafia is late game role madness where you take everything that has happened and try to come up with a plan to solve it. It's a fun logic puzzle and I like putting the effort into it if it gets followed.

Also I like when I get cased as town and need to defend myself. I hate getting cased as scum because they're right, but knowing that I'm right and going full out in an argument is good times.

Same. Seriously talk to me as a mason partner and I will chat up a storm. There's also several players (they probably know who they are) who I just intrinsically trust because I like them as people and players. Should I do that? Nope, but I do. I'm hoping to re-join in some capacity come the summertime, once I finish prepping for this teacher's exam.

I really picked it up at the worst possible time, but it's been a wonderful "you deserve this today" after studying and working all day. But yes, never. I keep telling myself the evaluation will be the end of it, but somehow I know it won't. It'll peter out sooner or later but not for a while I suppose. And there's so many other games I want to try too. UGH.

For a while I played a ton of Payday 2: The Heist, then after capping an old lady for the hundredth time because I didn't have zip ties, I was like... "what is this monster I've become."

I know I'll end up doing a lumber-jack run, though I'm not sure what house I'll take. I really like the layout of the fishing out and I want to idyllically fish away, but it really leaves no room for trees. So I'll probably end up with 2 more runs: one for trees, and another where I can fish the days away. I really like that mini-game.

Got selected for State and Federal Jury Duty within one month of each other... what a drag.

Maybe I can convince the jurors to play a game of mafia instead of deliberating on some poor sap's fate.

Intelligent and bright, they explored a world that was new and strange to them. They liked it, they thought - a whole world just for them! They were dimly aware that a God had created them, was watching them; they called out to him, thanking him in a chittering language, before running off.
Is there any interest in a soldiers game? I wrote up bloodborne mafia awhile back and had trouble getting the mechanics I wanted to work in a mafia setting, and it just occurred to me that a soldiers style game would be perfect.

I don't know how long it's been since the last one, hence the interest check.

Ecco and fits have expressed interest and/or plans to run soldiers games in the next few months, so there's competition!

I had planned on running a smallish soldiers game, rather than the 50ish players I usually see, so maybe I can still squeeze mine in.

Have you never had a clams casino pizza?

The pizzaria near my old house in CT had a delicious way of making their dough, and the clams casino had clams, a bit of bacon, and some sort of onion or something, I don't remember. It was a white pizza and I loved it. I still generally prefer white pizza, I find tomato sauce overpowers the other ingredients, far too often, unless you're going somewhere that knows what they're doing.
