Most non commercial drones use props of fairly flexible plastic. Probably because people will run them into each other, but those eagle should be safe.

In the videos of the attack drones it looks exactly like a 40mm round falling but I dunno if it's like a belt fed round from a mk19 or just a rifle mounted launcher one. I think the rounds are different but I'm no expert.
