I actually think it's the opposite: no Takeovers at Full Sail means the folks that would come don't bother because you don't get great matches/nothing 'important' happens at TV. There's only so many times they can have a big indie or returning star do an in-ring promo or be on the big screen before it stops working.

What's really kind of surreal is if you go back and watch both NXT Redemption and FCW TV just before the format change. One week kind of out of nowhere they literally just rebranded FCW and added some Redemption guys to it. Dirtbag Johnny Curtis was so great back then. "Why do you have chloroform!?" "Why DON'T I have chloroform?"
