Nope, PS4 hard drives are encrypted with a key tied to the specific console. To avoid downloading all your stuff again you'll need to do a system transfer or backup and restore. Either way you'll need a few hours and another hard drive.

Unless you back everything up you'll loose everything as it will need to be formatted and encrypted to the new ps4. Good news is that you'll need a spare USB hdd as big as what you already have installed on the current ps4 and about 4 hours to backup and 4 hours to restore once you've swapped the drives.

If you turn your console on without the controller, when you hit the PS button on the controller it will give you a prompt to login to an account. Then if you do that with a different controller it gives you another prompt. You can also hold the PS controller button to log out of an account What exactly are you trying to do here? My theory is that the Xbox game division has a lot less money to throw around than they did during the 360 days when they were bank-rolling all kinds of stuff trying to build up their brand. In any case, the notion that licensed games are always bad is dumb. Turtles in Time is a classic, the Arkham Batman games are highly regarded, and Lego Marvel was way more fun than it had any right to be. Hopefully Platinum gets the licensed game thing down better, or the stuff they do for Sony, Nintendo, and SE is good enough to keep them going.

You can't really draw a 'licensed' vs 'not licensed' distinction for Platinum since MGR and Nier are also working with external rights. However it is easy to distinguish between the phoned-in B team games like Transformers/Korra/Turtles and games with effort and heart put in like Nier/Bayonetta/W101. However however the latter group is still not totally reliable since games like W101 weren't as universally praised. However however however that's not actually a decline because Platinum has always had an uneven quality, there was never a golden period where everything they made was amazing. They're about peaks, not consistency. However however however however you shouldn't be preordering games anyway unless you have decent prior information (like the JP release impressions for Nier) because anyone might have production or other problems at any time. So far (10 hours in or so) Nier Automata is good in the ways its predecessor was and now has fun combat too. It's not as complex as Bayonetta since it's a long-form RPG but still feels really good.

Looking at their publication timeline, the difference between the Bayo/Vanquish - MGR gap and the the MGR/Bayo2 - Nier gap is that the latter has the dodgy B-team games rather than almost nothing. So I can see where the idea comes from and I guess it looks different if you were really into W101 and Anarchy Reigns. Some people love Transformers but nobody is that into Korra and TMNT was unfortunate. Scalebound was presumably intended to be another 'big' Platinum release along with Nier, but welp.
