There are 4 separate instances where Gryba and his wife combined used "your" instead of "you're". That's bad, but I guess it should be expected from Edmonton players at this point:

It's not as effective if you get it only once or as an adult. Lot of people in the 70s or 80s I think missed at least one of the vaccinations in some areas because of a fuckup with one of the vaccines. Not 100% sure on the details tho

It was routine to give single dose vaccine before 80s, which had lower efficacy

Murray is closer to the league lead in sv% than he is to MAF's sv% so anybody pretending they're near equivalent goaltenders at the present time is being downright farcical. If Murray is out for any reason in the playoffs MAF is going to have to have some of the hottest goaltending of his career to come near replacing him. That's hardly "depth", that's just having a starter and a backup like any other team.

MMR is about 80% effective for mumps with one dose, and about 90% with two. It's more effective with the other two diseases.

Canada and the US only changed over to 2 doses between like 89-91 so anyone born before that likely only ever got one. Mumps immunity also wears off over time. So even those who got 2 were 90% immune 20+ years ago and it's been wearing down the whole time.

Sports writers had to deal with Tom "loving dickhead rear end in a top hat" Barasso for years. If you don't think having the congenial, honest, willing to talk, Stanley Cup Champion Marc Andre "The Flower" Fleury as your go-to locker room goalie interview isn't something the Pittsburgh sports journalists would cling to, then I don't know what to tell ya.

Usually terrible blogger Joe Fortunado is saying they need to look towards 2018 and I'm inclined to agree. If they can get into the Atlantic bracket I think they still have a shot.

I'm not upset at all that they didn't get Shatty.

The Rangers could beat any of the other Metro teams. They wouldn't be favored against the Pens or Caps but it's not outlandish to see them beating either.

Yeah but either or both of those series is going to be a total meat grinder. It's funny because I really wasn't expecting anything this year but they came out like gangbusters early and got my hopes up. Still a good team and I think Jeff is doing a good job rebuilding on the fly but the defense is still Real Bad and I think it'll get worse in the playoffs.

Luckily my Twitter feed is free from These Bad Dudes.

I'm really glad Jeff didn't (not yet, at least) sell the burnt remnants of the farm they sold to get loving Eric Staal and Yandle (just to misuse and let him walk later). Get an analytics-darling defenseman for peanuts and just call it a day and I'd be happy. If someone offers something ridiculous for Holden/Klein/Grabner, that'd be a bonus.

yeah and getting Shatty would have given them a big boost but it's been reported rightly or wrongly that the Blues wanted Miller or Skjei and a pick from the Rangers because it'd be a trade for an extended player

I'm really not a fan of his, after losing Andrew Gross and Rick Carpiniello its getting difficult to find someone who both covers the team and offers somewhat reasonable/digestible analysis. It's to the point where the NY post with Brooks and Cyrgalls is actually becoming one of the better options.

I added Sean Hartnett but between him posting a bunch of soccer poo poo I don't care about and going all in on Shattenkirk and then saying the Rangers absolutely blew it by not getting him, I might dump that follow. The luckiest team is whoever is fourth in the metro. You get the Atlantic in the first two rounds and then whoever comes out of Metro will likely be beat to poo poo by then.
