I survived the Reagan years as a youth. I assumed once old people died it would get better. It doesn't. Both parties need to die. The best path forward now is taking over the Republican Party. No need to gerrymander every district, the work is already done.

Trump can save the world, all he need to do is to fire his entire cabinet. Then resign. Then he can release his own copy of the pisstape, you know Putin gave him his own copy.

media people fell for this so many loving times in the election proper (trump does single teleprompter speech, every single outlet runs "THE PIVOT?" as headline, promptly resumes being crazy retarded) that it's just exhausting to watch it keep happening. it's like an acquaintance who you aren't that close to but still like hold a decent amount of empathy for constantly getting back together with their partner who cheats on them and going "why do you think that things will be different this time? are you capable of remembering more than a week at a time?"

How are we exactly supposed to take over the Republican Party? Also why do we need to take over the Republican Party if you already state that both parties need to die? Why can't we just kill it instead of taking it over?

I posted about this last night, but Trump turning the Yemen raid where he killed 25 civilians including an 8 year old and a three month baby, that targetted a tribal leader backing the Saudi-American coalition, effectively wiping his clan out, and resulted in a SEAL operative being killed for no reason as nothing good was gained.....into the highlight of his speech, a rallying cry (a bloody shirt if you will), and practically impossible to criticize.... that's good politicking. Stomach churning to the extreme, but that is some loving evil deft loving work.

It's just disheartening to go from the admin leaking like a sieve and the press literally being called idiots and fake to them glowing over a speech with a pretty disgusting and shameless moment in it. It's very hard not to believe the WaPo won't ignore/downplay their anonymous email dropbox now, because they have Daddy Trump's approval back.
