I put MMR vaccine in the boxes of raisins. If the kid is eating Halloween raisins they already have the tism. Otherwise they get innoculated at Thanksgiving when those raisins end up in the stuffing.

Sixlets seem like the closest equivalent but they're round instead of oblate spheroids and not generally made of real chocolate

M&Ms and Reese's Pieces kind of occupy that market niche here. But they are not as good as Smarties, I'll admit.

They're a bit different from M&Ms. For one the colour on the shell comes off on your fingers as soon as you touch them and the chocolate is super cheap and crappy.
