In case anyone missed the fact that we blew our flag hopes by refusing to play to conditions we end the game with a player taking a running bounce off half back when it's been pissing down for hours.

Was a little late to the ground but the tram driver was great. He was a carlton fan and was hyping the game all the way from the city. Must of had the radio on because he was giving score updates. When he said "Next stop walker st, this is the stoo for the carlton football club go the blues!" A cheer erupted.  Suburban footy is great.

Bella Ayre ia great. Pity she hit the post at the end of the quarter then. Could have been 9 goals if it wasn't for those two posters. Very unlucky. Great game so far.

Fantastic game. Those last 5 minutes were edge of your seat stuff. Crowd was going nuts in the last minute. Amazing game, shows you how good they'll be in a year or two. Highest scoring game so far surely? Bri Davey for brownlow

I got hassled by security in the last quarter because I was taking photos with my mirrorless camera, came up and asked me who I represented, was I working tonight, then told me it was illegal to take photos, and that if I didn't put it away it'd be confiscated. Told him the difference between breaking the conditions of entry and the law, explained the rule was for commercial grade cameras which mine was not, and that a guy from Weslo doesn't actually have the right to confiscate a feeling let alone a camera, but he wouldn't leave until I put it away and I wanted to watch the game. gently caress the AFL.
