I can't hate how this looks. Not my style at all, but it looks like he put some actual effort into trying to make it attractive. The stairs are somewhat clever for plywood and lead piping.

You couldn't pay me to sit on, or under, that thing though.

My apartment has a loft bed that looks similar to that, except it won't fall down.

The frame is steel square tubing and the corner mount hooks under the bed instead of being attached to the side with wood screws. I can't see how his is attached to the ceiling, but I bet it's wood screws into plastic plugs. Mine is attached with 4 half-inch expander bolts.

Pip-Pip old chap! Last one in is a rotten egg what what.

Someone just clarify for me how many screws are holding that to the wall, because he says 2. He means 2 per stud right?

Right?

So, second floor needs to lean the other way to contact the house on that side, and then the top floor can be centered vertical! :v:

Nice shotgun shack, though.

Why was it built so close to the house on the right? It's like they didn't remember that they will need the finish that wall later. Add in the lack of a sheer wall and the odd shape and there might be something to that spite house theory.
