They won't pass the river on the west part of that zone so they'll just sit there shooting rocks at you while you fire arrows back. I did that for 10 minutes to beat it. I found this out while fighting some snapjaws and crabs near the river and then had the rock dudes just aggro me out of nowhere. Yeah A LOT of enemies can be cheesed using this method; they also have set aggro zones it seems so if you sit on the border line they'll just range attack you and turn away often. I think I had one brave crab cross a river once then he go confused and his aggro reset.

Rockbreaker tips: Shooting their hands off with tearblast makes it so they can't go underground. If they are underground, they track you by sound and will lose you if you sneak. While they can burst through smaller rocks and boulders, larger ground that is purely rock will block them, so you if you can run to it you can shoot them from a distance freely. Once their burrowing paws are gone they're a lot more helpless.

Check out the thread for a bunch of goons to play with (including me, "zerodrone") e: also definitely definitely get Journey if you didn't have a PS3 and Furi if you like boss rush games

playing nier right now. you gotta clear the first mission with no deaths to save the game and avoid restarting from the intro cinematic so i'm gonna have to go to bed instead of making progress tonight or i'll just get salty and tired. feels great on high difficulty though

That is neither a good time for it to happen or a good sign for a bigass story-driven RPG.

Man, Yakuza is great, I wasn't sold for the first couple of hours due to how story heavy a game it is but its tone is what keeps me coming back. The only thing I'm kinda lost on is wether the humour is a part of the translation or the original intention, either way its hilarious
