There are chickens on my street. I don't know who owns them or where they come from, but every few months the mother hens just show up again with a small gaggle(what's the term for a bunch of baby chickens?) of chicks and it's fun watching them roam around and occasionally disappear when a feral cat steals one. They like my yard because my cat stays inside and can do nothing but get really upset I don't let him out to get murdered by mother hens.Tenebrais posted:I keep forgetting Ava's Demon is updating again.

I got all excited when I saw there were 60 pages from where I left off. Then once I finished reading I remembered each page is a panel of another comic and it was all over to soon. The slightly different art is nice though.

Well, the only loose plot thread that hasn't been connected yet is the mysterious businessman who out of nowhere was going to pay obscene amounts for the cursed pearl-handled knife, and how Amy was going to cope with being priced out of the neighborhood. Surely Shauna has no ulterior motive.

I know not many here read Guilded Age but this is probably my favorite page in recent memory. It turns out sometimes a megalomaniac who demagogued, backstabbed, and poisoned his way to the top isn't overly proficient in hand to hand combat

Meanwhile, my latest webcomic fascination, the understatedly superb Colorblind has finally started updating again after like a solid year's hiatus while the author got their personal life in order. It still blows my mind every time I see it that, text bubbles aside, the entire thing is done in real pen and ink.
